Dear Panther Families, 

I am thrilled to extend a heartfelt welcome to each of you to our district's digital space. It is a great privilege to serve as the Superintendent of Pike-Delta-York Local Schools. Our district has always stood as a beacon of educational excellence, nurturing young minds, fostering creativity, and instilling values that will guide our students throughout their lives. In this dynamic age of information and innovation, we are dedicated to equipping our students with the skills, knowledge, and adaptability needed to excel in an ever-evolving world. 

Collaboration lies at the heart of our district's success. Our dedicated educators, staff members, parents, and community partners work hand in hand to create an environment that promotes holistic development. Through our innovative curricula, engaging extracurricular activities, and robust support systems, we ensure that each student's unique abilities are not only recognized, but celebrated. 

As the Superintendent of Pike-Delta-York, my top priorities include: 

1. Transparency: I believe in honesty and integrity. I look through the lenses of a teacher, parent, administrator, and tax-paying citizen. I believe in involving the people my decision may affect. We will do what's best for students, and that will drive our decision-making. 

2. Building Strong Relationships: A community in which all the parts are working together is a community in which the kids win. Our school is a representation of our community, and we take that responsibility seriously. We encourage strong communication lines between our staff, our parents, and our community. 

3. Ensuring a Safe and Welcoming Environment: The well-being and safety of our students and staff will always be of utmost importance.
