Supporting Student Mental Health: Implementation of Ohio Senate Bill 234
At Pike Delta York, we are committed to fostering a safe, supportive environment that prioritizes the health and well-being of Ohio’s youth and young adults.
Suicide remains a serious concern in Ohio. According to the 2023 Ohio Suicide Report, it was the second-leading cause of death among youth ages 10–14. The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline offers 24/7, free, and confidential support through call, text, or chat via 988Lifeline.org. This easy-to-remember three-digit number ensures students have direct access to critical mental health resources, no matter the time or place.
We are committed to helping our students access the help they need in the way that works best for them.
