Congratulations to our two students who earned perfect scores on their Ohio State Tests last spring—an incredible accomplishment!
Our district nurse, Laura Brown, received an award from the American Heart Association for her swift, expert response during a medical emergency last year—an inspiring example of dedication to student safety. Nurse Brown also led the effort that made our district the first in Ohio to establish a CERT (Cardiac Emergency Response Team), underscoring our commitment to readiness and care for our school community.

🗳️ National Voter Registration Day 🗳️
Today, we celebrate the importance of being registered and ready to vote!
Our students who will be 18 before the next election had the opportunity to register to vote. We’re proud to see our Panthers preparing to have their voices heard in future elections.
In addition, our students got hands-on practice using the voting machines while casting their ballots for Homecoming Court. This tradition helps them feel more confident and comfortable when it comes time to participate in real elections.
✅ Your voice matters—make sure you’re registered and ready!

Pike-Delta-York Local Schools was formed when Pike Township, York Township, and the Village of Delta came together to create one district. While all of our schools now sit on the campus in Delta, the history of each community is an important part of who we are today.
To honor that legacy, we’ve launched the Pike Township Historical Archive—a growing collection of class photos and community memories dating back to the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s.
We invite you to explore the archive, share in the history, and even contribute your own photos and stories as we continue to expand to include York Township and the Village of Delta. Submissions can be sent to communications@pdys.org.

Together, we celebrate where we’ve come from and the Panther pride that unites us today.
