Pike-Delta-York To Host COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on 4/26/21

The Pike-Delta-York Local School District is excited to partner with the Fulton County Health Department and Health Center to offer COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics at Delta High School on Monday, April 26, 2021 in the DHS Common Area. The clinic will run from 2:00pm to 3:00pm for DHS students ages 16-18 and run from 3:15pm to 6:00pm for Delta community members ages 16+. Signup is available online.


Current PDY students ages 16-18 who are interested in receiving the vaccine may click HERE to read the full message about the Vaccine Clinic. Parents who wish to have their 16 to 17 year old student vaccinated should access the link to sign up their child for an appointment and download a copy of the required consent form for vaccination. Any student ages 16 and 17 planning to receive the vaccine must bring the completed Fulton County Health Department COVID-19 Consent Form. As long as the online registration and the permission form are completed, a parent does not need to be present.

Delta community members who are interested in receiving the vaccine may click HERE to read the full message about the Vaccine Clinic and access the link to sign up for an appointment. Parents who are unable to attend but who wish to have their 16 to 17 year old student vaccinated at either time should access the link to sign up their child for an appointment and download a copy of the required consent form for vaccination.
