Elementary Principal
Ellen Bernal
I was born and raised in Delta. I graduated from Delta High School in 1995. I then went on to Bowling Green State University, where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Education in 2000. I began teaching fourth grade at York Elementary in August of 2000. I then went back to BGSU to continue my education and received my Master’s in Administration in 2006. I have also earned my Reading Endorsement from BGSU. I have taught in the Pike-Delta-York Schools for 13 years, and am now continuing my career as the Elementary Principal.
I continue to reside in Delta with my husband, Andy, and four children. My children, ages 10 to 1, also attend the Pike-Delta-York Schools. My husband works in the Toledo area.
